JEREMY STROM
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
Jeremy Strom is the Director of Education for FreeMotion Fitness, Jeremy has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a Coach, Personal Trainer, Fitness Director and International Fitness Educator.- Jeremy works alongside fitness, research and educational leaders to create leading edge fitness programs and protocols. Jeremy has presented continuing education lecture and practicum to personal trainers and fitness professionals in over 25 countries worldwide. Jeremy presents on topics ranging from integrated functional training, whole body vibration training, incline training, suspended rotation training and running biomechanics.
- Jeremy also created the popular suspended rotation training system rip:60™. Jeremy is a nationally accredited personal trainer in the United States including NASM, BioMechanics Trainer and AFAA and is committed to the advancement of functional fitness equipment and training protocols.

FREEMOTION EDUCATION MANAGER
- Natalie earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from UtahState University where she also played Division I soccer.
- She has been dedicated to health and fitness throughout her life and especially enjoys teaching others how to share that same passion.
- Natalie is certified in NASM-CPT, MC2, rip:60, dotfit and has been working as a personal trainer and Boot Camp coach for 5 years.
LISA RENEE TUMMINELLO
FREEMOTION SPECIAL ADVISOR
- Lisa Renee has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years developing and managing programs for all populations, from competitive athletes to those with special needs.
- Lisa Renee works with experts in many categories to create “real life” programs for health and fitness managers, instructors, personal trainers and athletic coaches. These programs can be delivered to clients of all ages and abilities and will result in a higher quality of life.
- Lisa Renee has a BS in Exercise Science with graduate work at theInternational Center for Aquatic Research at the US Olympic Training Center where she tested, evaluated and designed programs for athletes.
DREW MASSEY

- Drew is the District Wellness Director for the YMCA of middle Tennessee.
- Drew serves as an adjunct instructor for A.T. Still University’s Human Movement Program.
- Drew has an MS in Exercise Science from Cal U atPenn.
- Drew is an NASM P.E.S/NSCA-C.P.T/USAW sport performance Coach
TIM CHURCH
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Tim Church is an established fitness expert in the Charleston area with over 13 years experience. He has established himself as a respected presenter, trainer, and coach for trainers.
- Tim has appeared on Channel 5 “Fit on Fridays” midday show numerous times, Channel 2, Channel 4, WTMA “ask the expert” show, and spoken to countless community organizations.
- Tim is President of the downtown toastmasters group. He has presented nationally for FreeMotion Fitness for the past 3 years.
- Tim has worked and is currently working with a wide range of clients including: celebrities (from The Notebook and Army Wives); professional athletes (PGA & MLB); and busy professionals to never stay at home moms.
- A specialty of Tim’s is developing and coaching personal trainers in training style and client development and retention.
- Tim has been coaching personal trainers for the last 7 years at LifeQuest and Bluefish health clubs.
MAUREEN EVANOFF
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Maureen’s true passion in fitness lies in the enjoyment her clients get out of becoming more fit and assisting them in improving their health and quality of life.
- Maureen is an AFAA-Personal Trainer, an AFPA-Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, and a NASM-Personal Trainer
- Her focus and goal is to guide clients to optimum health, creating programs tailored to individual needs, and working together to achieve desired goals.

JAKE SAUNDERS
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- His passion is simply to help get and keep people healthy, happy and safe.
- Over the last decade, Jake has worked in multiple states, agencies and hospitals as a paramedic, living his passion. He currently works as a career fire fighter paramedic for Logan City Fire Department.
- Jake also loves to disperse his knowledge to others. He loves to teach, lift and assist those around him so they can achieve their goals. Jake maintains specialized instructor status in over 10 different certifications.
- Jake is a personal trainer certified through NASM. He is a Master Coach certified in Rip60 and Rapidfit. He also trains clients in Spanish as requested.
JEROD WILSON
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Jerod is the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Department of Recreational Sports at TexasA&M Universityand is currently the National Strength and Conditioning Association Texas State Director & Midwest Regional Coordinator.
- Jerod is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
- Prior to Texas A&M University, Jerod was the Personal Fitness Coordinator for the Department of Wellness and Recreation Services and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Department of Athletics at theUniversity of Northern Iowa.
- While completing his graduate coursework in Exercise Physiology at theUniversity of Northern Iowa, he was an instructor for the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Leisure Services.
- Jerod also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Vikings in 1999.

ETHAN NUTTALL
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Ethan was a high school varsity wrestler and pole-vaulter and has been involved in sports and fitness his whole life.
- He started his college career as a pre-med student but soon changed his focus to prevention through exercise and nutrition. He chose to help people avoid doctors by taking better care of their bodies.
- Ethan earned his bachelors degree in exercise science fromUtah State University while also completing an internship at the Sports Academy fitness club in Logan,Utah.
- He is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Certified TRX Trainer.
- He loves teaching and a motivating his clients to experience life at their fullest potential.
- Ethan is currently the fitness director at the Sports Academyin Logan, Utah.
LORI OLSEN
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Lori is currently in her 8th year as the physical therapist for the athletes at Utah State University in Logan,Utah.
- Lori provides rehabilitation services following surgery and injury for athletes of all sports and works closely with the strength coaches and athletic trainers to assist the athletes in prevention, care and rehabilitation of all injuries.
- Lori has over 13 years of experience as a physical therapist and has provided care for a wide range of clients; from competitive athletes on the collegiate and high school level (including individuals preparing for the NFL Combine) to the general population; including geriatrics and youth.
- Lori has a BS in Exercise Science, a MS in Physical Therapy, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
PATRICK BELL
FREEMOTION MASTER COACH
- Health and fitness has been a passion of Patrick’s for his entire life and he is always looking to present this passion through his clients by helping them meet their health and fitness related goals.
- Patrick is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition with the ISSA and has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science fromUtah State University.
- He has been training for over 5 years and has worked with a variety of clients; ages ranging from 10 to 94 years old.
- Patrick is also a 2nd degree Black Belt and has been involved in martial arts for over 10 years.
